World Bank to help trace suspicious financial transactions in Seychelles

The World Bank has expressed its support to the investigations being carried out by Sri Lankan authorities into many suspicious financial transactions that had taken place between several Sri Lankan nationals and the Seychelles.
Deputy Foreign Minister Ajith P. Perera said that he had met the acting ambassador of the Seychelles in Sri Lanka Condret Meridet, where the Acting Ambassador had expressed his full support to the investigations as well.
Previous reports had claimed that several deals made by former President Mahinda Rajapaksa with the Seychelles are suspicious in nature. In response, the government of Seychelles announced that it would also support in the investigations if a formal request is made by Sri Lankan authorities.

  1. Good New for Sri Lankan new govt and increasing fear on Pl thugs. Why is our New Fianace Minister failing to do the same and trace back our 2,4 billions in Swiss bank,.Even Swss government has repeatedly made public namely that "they are ready to provide information to anyone who asks for it and that in not longer than 24 hours and in full detail.Laporte who was an ex IMF agent were expected by Seychellois to do so when he took office,he failed to do so not even to talk about.
Michel is and his gang of thieves are feeling the screw tightening on them ,they who thought they wold nenver be caught or challenged and would never be made accountable.

This Sir Lankan ,will help us understand more then we expected and more than Michel ever dream of ...of how Pl criminals are activitely involved in Intenrational crimes and how corrupt and wicked them are....

We are now awaiting for Seychelles Finance Minister to do the same..it is his responsibility to account for every cent belong to the people and to ensure that anyone rob.it is his responsibility to get this done just like De SIlva and his team is doing in the name of Sri Lankan people.

World Bank is ready to help
    India is rweady to Help
Swiss bankers have repeattedly said they would do the same if asked
    IMF can help too
    And Banks too

Michel said he wants serious official --this is an opportunity for the new finance minister to prove to Michel that he is not only serious but determine to get Seychelles stolen money in Swiss bank back to its truthful owner namely Seychllois.

  2. Perhaps Michel and his Associates need time to stuff as much as they can in suitcases and safes just as Ramgoolam did in Mauritius. Sometimes stolen money can become a burden for the thieves - no place to carry, no place to hide and no time to run.

  3. The writings are on the wall Michel, be a man, know when it is time to fold up and quit, or there would be no time for Lise to pack and make a run with the suitcases.

  4. RAmggolam ,knew in advance where he was going to run...it was all pre-prepared by Uk,USA..who supported him and pampaered him in order that he sell them Diego Garcia ofr a Naval which still exist.Today,Dictators safehaven have been reduced and thee is no so many Nations who are ready to cater, pamper roughless dictators as in the 60ties and 70 ties......with a few exception ..Suadi Arabia,UEA,,Zimbabwe, maybe Cuba for Pl thugs, else hideways are rare these days.

The immorality in all these theft..is that often dicators ,who died in power ,can never use, benefit from their billions they stolen from their people and Bank in Siwss banks......which means the billions they stolen are confiscated, taken by countires in which the banked their stolen bounty.......In other words ,they robbed their people ,empoverished them...and allow already rich countires to then pocket billions of their peoples money they banked in these countires and often ,though a new government (as in the case of Sri Lnak)go after these accounts never recuperate the totally of the bounty wihhc profited Banking countries ....and of course these same countires that pocket the dictators bounty are also often creditors....of loans given to the dictators which means once a new government is in aplace .it has to pay back millions in debt to the same countires in which dictators in questions have banked and hided their stolen wealth...a country become twice victim...the lost billionsstoeln by dictators ,banked in foreign banks which after their death, the stolen good are kept by host banking countires and then you have to pay the same countires that keeps the dicators ill gotten wealth from themselves ask you to pay them back your debts......it help destroy a nation victim of dictatorship.

  5. No palc to hide,no place to carry,no place for thieves-----U right and Rajapaksa demonstrated that...he tried together with Seychelles chief thieves Michel to hide his bounty in Seychelles like Labuse and other pirates idid in the past......but today with technology, the speculation of information..it has become difficult even when stats thugs try to abuse states insitutions to transport and hide their stolen goods...Michel,REne and gang hide their stolen ggods in Swiss banks ,they never thought that one day things could change and Swissx banks would expose them......though Adam has washed already hundreds of millions stolen froMSEYPEC in a five star hotel at Port Luanay and public land given to him by his chief Michel for One rupee...he also hide stolen money in PANAMA nd other S American countries including countires in FAREAST Gyigitan,,or opened unnecessary Consulates ,Ambassieis in countires where there is no need for Ambassies such as Malawi,SWAZILANd in order to abuse the immunity etc to transport stolen money in Diplomatic briefcases abroad......AS you see even simulating, using crooks tactics to hide and transport the stolen monesy are becoming difficult.

  6. It seems their are crimnals deliberately putting fire in our forests ...Port Claud,Port Launay ,,maybe tommrrow Cape Ternay why not Valley De Ami.....Pl is not doing anything .....and act as if it natural fires....Seychelles historically has rare natural fire break down ..and it is not Pl who is going to make us bleive to the contrary...In developed ,well organized contires Like French for instance,,,there are experts who can go on a fire scene collect evidences and determine if a fire borke out by natural casue or if it is criminal ... not Pl thery are incompetent not only so such expertise but to even apprehend the criminal/s putting our fragil eco seytem in danger.......
